Senior Manager, Communications & Corporate Citizenship

​October 2015 - present

Today, I oversee strategy for executive messaging, brand PR, internal communications, and community impact. I partner closely with our leadership team to guide how we show up as a business—from product launches and media moments to reputation management and cultural transformation. I’ve led everything from award-winning brand campaigns to our comprehensive corporate rebrand tied to our 90th anniversary—and helped guide company messaging through a once-in-a-generation leadership succession. I also built the company’s first-ever crisis response playbook, DEI steering committee, and formal community investment platform, Spirited Neighbor.

Select highlights:

  • Led the company’s full corporate rebrand, including internal and external rollout of new brand voice, visual identity, and positioning

  • Guided company messaging during executive succession, supporting a pivotal transition from second- to third-generation family leadership

  • Manage $1M+ in annual corporate giving, including the launch of Spirited Neighbor, which has directed $1.5M+ to West Louisville since inception

  • Serve as a company spokesperson and media lead across key spirits categories and national events

  • Spearheaded the relaunch of our corporate intranet and built scalable editorial systems for internal messaging

I cut my teeth in the agency world, rising quickly from account coordinator to lead public affairs and PR campaigns for national clients across tech, food, healthcare, and advocacy. I thrived in high-pressure environments where strategic messaging met tight turnarounds, and where I learned to lead with both creativity and precision.

  • Developed Amazon’s Fulfillment Center media monitoring program and supported national campaign rollouts

  • Led PR strategy and logistics for Blaze Pizza grand openings across multiple states

  • Managed digital advocacy and fundraising campaigns for Guthrie for Congress
