Corporate Rebrand & 90th Anniversary
Led the messaging and communications strategy behind Heaven Hill Brands' full-scale corporate rebrand—launched in tandem with the company’s 90th anniversary. The rebrand was three years in the making and included a new brand voice, visual identity, headquarters, and internal alignment strategy, along with the launch of a company-wide employee volunteering campaign, 90 for 90. As part of the rebrand, we partnered with an external employee engagement firm to conduct the most wide-reaching, interactive engagement survey in company history—designed to ensure the brand strategy reflected employee voice and cultural priorities. I developed executive messaging, trained leaders across functions, and coordinated the internal rollout alongside external PR strategy. The external brand launch will occur on July 7, 2025, in conjunction with the opening of our new Louisville headquarters and the announcement of our back-to-back win as a Deloitte Best Managed Company. The rebrand positioned the legacy company for its next chapter, strengthened internal culture, and reintroduced the company on a global stage.
