I develop messaging and presentation support for senior leaders across internal and external platforms—crafting speeches, campaign messaging, talking points, and executive frameworks that reflect strategy, voice, and audience needs. In a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment, I often play a hybrid role that blends communications strategy with operational coordination and executive advising. My work supports visibility moments, organizational change efforts, and company-wide alignment—including department restructures and enterprise-level change management initiatives. Examples include Kate Latts’ Impact Speech and her keynote at the Marketing Watching Summit, where she stood out as one of the only women among C-suite speakers. I also prepare communications toolkits for key business partners and stakeholders, helping ensure alignment across audiences and strategic milestones.
